Shipping & Returns


We offer different delivery services which you can choose from. We have estimated our delivery prices and times based on average weight of parcels.  Heavy Items such as travel systems and nursery furniture carry different delivery charges and are shipped directly from the manufacturers to the customers.

Delivery Times

Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12 pm are dispatched on the same day (subject to stock availability and payment clearance)

All of our products except furniture are held in stock and we aim to deliver within the specified time to UK mainland addresses on orders placed before 12pm. If an item is not in stock it will be listed on the product page with an indication of when it is due back in stock.

If there are any unexpected delays that we are not aware of at the time of order placement then we will contact you with this information by e-mail.

All dispatched orders are followed by email which detail delivery information and courier (myHermes).

If you need an Item urgently, you can contact us and we will let you know if you can pick up or deliver sameday or next day guarantee via our Courier service (myHermes). Kindly know that this might carry extra charge but we will let you know via email.

Orders to Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey), the Isle of Man or Ireland are charged at different rate.

We can also deliver to European destinations and other parts of the world but this carry a different delivery cost. Kindly let us know if this applies to you.

Please note that postage to Europe and other parts of the world are estimated and based on one package. Additional cost will be added if package is more than one.

Delivery of Goods

Orders delivered by courier (myHermes), special and recorded delivery are to be signed for.  It is therefore required for the recipient to be available to receive and sign for the parcel as proof of delivery. Delivery on Orders are only to the given delivery address unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering.

Where it is not possible for orders to be delivered due to no one to sign for the goods our courier will attempt re-delivery. If this happens again the orders are automatically returned to us. We will therefore attempt to contact you.

If you would like the order to be re-delivered, we will have to charge you for delivery.  Otherwise, we can refund your order at your own discretions except personalised Items and special orders as we are unable to re-sell them.
